FINFORT ARE RATED EXCELLENT ON TRUSTPILOT
The perfect choice
I’ve been a locksmith for 42 years and a member of the Master Locksmiths Association, and this lock was perfect for my customer’s requirements — a mortice lock that automatically deadlocks.
It comes with a BS8621 rating and a 3-star cylinder making it insurance approved and a very high-security setup.
The escutcheons and overall build are heavy duty and well engineered, which really assists in reinforcing the installation.
Aesthetically, it has it all — and most importantly, my customer was very pleased.

Superior Lock with Extra Secure Auto Deadbolt Nightlatch
We wanted to ensure our front door was secure and, after researching the options, chose the Auto-Deadbolt Nightlatch from Finfort.
It not only delivers excellent security but also looks beautiful — discreet and low profile on the door.
Our locksmith said it was one of the best and easiest locks he’d fitted, helped by the metal template provided.
The lock works perfectly and the option to purchase extra keys adds peace of mind.
When our door swelled slightly in wet weather and the thumbturn became stiff, we emailed Finfort and received a reply within minutes, including a video showing how to resolve it.

According to the joiner that fitted it, this is the best lock he’s fitted in 30 years. Odd as it sounds, it does ‘feel’ really solid
when you operate the latch and the finish is excellent.

Exceptional quality lock hardware and customer service
A little research led me to Finfort as I was looking for locks to match the antique brass ironmongery on my door — the colour match to Heritage Brass was excellent.
I was slightly late placing my order, but the locks arrived in time to avoid holding up the carpenter, which was really appreciated.
The carpenter also commented on the excellent engineering of the product. Could not be happier.
Impressed with the smart lock
I’ve been really impressed with the smart lock I purchased. Recommended by my locksmith as it’s insurance-compliant. it’s traditional look fits in perfectly with our Victorian door and house. Door unlocks as we approach so no need to get keys (or even phone) out of pocket and no annoying ringing of doorbell from teenage kids who’ve forgotten their key!

We wanted a solid, up-to-date dual lock system with auto-deadbolt... in antique brass. (And breathe.) Found Finfort online and loved the look for a 30s property with a new door on the way. The door suppliers wanted to use a different system, so we had to push to get them to change their method - and so glad we did. The locks just feel of high quality, with a "clunk" like a Rolls Royce door (I imagine)! The colour is beautiful and the single key uber-practical. Plus... Finfort are simply great to deal with: on the phone or online, Hilary delivers the sort of service you want from all online companies.
Great locks and great service
We ordered a dual door lock set for our new 1930's style wooden door over a year ago. There was a issue with one of the locks initially which I reported. The response was first class from Hilary and Tim and it was resolved very quickly. The communication was excellent, Hilary is so attentive and friendly, she clearly cares about providing exceptional customer service. The locks look great and have worked really well... I highly recommend Finfort.

This is an update to my original review
It's been almost a year now since I purchased my Finfort auto deadlocks. Which are used daily. They still look great aesthetically and are still working great 👍,No problems what so ever. Again thank you for helping me select the right mix of locks for my needs Hilary. Splendid products, i notice you also do smart locks now,great stuff...I would definitely recommend looking/purchasing at Finfort Locks team.
A truly excellent lock
We were looking for a deadbolt nightlatch for our bed and breakfast property as part of the refurbishment of our entrance. It not only had to be stylish, but also straightforward for guests to use - easy to close without difficulty. This led us to Finfort. We are absolutely delighted with the lock and it really ticks all the boxes. Using high quality materials it really looks the part. A far more elegant solution to more traditional nightlatches and enhances the door. Also have to mention the customer service which has been excellent, keeping us informed when the lock will be delivered along with a considerate follow up email to ask how things went. Absolutely recommended and well-deserved 5 star recommendation.

Great customer service with real human being for order of a dual double lock system with auto night latch. We had a small assembly problem and was put onto one of their team with a video call who talked us through the fix. Nice people to do business with.

Contemporary Door Lock
As an architect I have been in the construction business for over 40 years and this lock is the only one that is appropriate for a contemporary door. Being fully morticed it avoids the unsightly interior box which most escape locks have. Beautifully engineered and easy to fit. Full support was available from the Finfort team.
Finfort Locks review
I ordered a set of Finfort Locks in Antique brass finish in July 2023. The customer service from Hilary and the follow up product with Timothy was excellent. I have no hesitation recommending this company and I will be purchasing locks from them again. The product is superb quality and the door is very secure.

Excellent dual locks. The only product on the market that’s keyed alike and has an internal (within the door frame) night latch (rather than the bulky external kind). Looks great and amazing customer support. Don’t think about it just buy it.

We’re absolutely delighted with our Finfort locks — very smart appearance with a great choice of colours. We chose Antique Brass to match our Heritage door furniture.
They’re simple to use (especially for our children) with the convenience of one key for all locks.
We were initially considering Banham but chose Finfort for the colour options.
The locks feel very solid and secure, with a discreet click rather than the usual loud slamming.

These locks are simply amazing!!
I had been looking for locks for a while and came across Finfort — as far as I’m aware, nothing compares. They are very well made and extremely strong, exactly as a lock should be.
I fitted two auto bolts keyed alike and now the door is securely locked every time it closes. No bulky, unsightly nightlatch inside — just a neat lock guard and thumbturn.
Externally, they look great and clearly signal high security. Definitely worth the investment for the peace of mind.

We ordered a dual lock set in antique brass finish. Really happy with the quality of the locks and the automatic deadbolt is a great design, much more secure than the Yale night latch on our old door. The new solid wood front door looks fantastic and is much more secure. Great customer service. Couldn't recommend FinFort more highly.
