Easy exit assured – TS007 3 star ABS MASTER thumbturn cylinder designed to resist attack by snapping, picking, drilling and bumping. It is British Kitemarked and Secured by Design accredited. Being thumbturn operated means you can always exit quickly in case of emergency.
Registered keys offer the highest security – keys cannot be copied without permission. Additional keys can be ordered online by key card holders only and can locks be keyed alike to other Finfort locks so one key opens them all.
Built and tested to British standards – BS8621 certified including a 21mm steel bolt that can withstand 10kN of force and a hardened steel lock case that can withstand 5 minutes of constant drilling.

Unlike traditional nightlatches that sit on the surface of the door, our lock is fully morticed into the door, providing enhanced security. Additionally, our deadbolt mechanism is much more secure than a latch. While a latch is a passive locking mechanism that can be bypassed in under 30 seconds, a deadbolt offers a much stronger barrier against forced entry.

Yes, the auto-deadbolt nightlatch has a snib button below the bolt that can be moved up to temporarily disable the automatic deadbolt, allowing easy access when you're coming in and out of the house.

Yes, all Finfort locks can be keyed alike. This means that two or more locks—whether on the same door or different doors—can be operated with a single key, providing added convenience and security. Additionally, the Auto-Deadbolt Nightlatch can be keyed to the Manual Deadbolt in our Dual and Triple Door Lock Sets, offering a seamless locking experience across multiple locks.

A door pull is a plate that can be fitted to either the internal or external side of the door. If you don't have an internal door handle, we recommend using one door pull. If you have a door knob on the external side, a door pull isn't necessary, but you may choose to add one for aesthetic purposes.

The main difference lies in the type of cylinder, which changes how the door is opened. The Auto-Deadbolt Nightlatch is opened with traditional keys, while the Smart Auto-Deadbolt Nightlatch offers the added convenience of smart technology, allowing you to control and monitor access remotely via your smartphone. Both products feature the same mechanical automatic deadbolting functionality. Additionally, the traditional cylinder in the Auto-Deadbolt Nightlatch can be swapped out for a smart cylinder at any time in the future.
