The combination of a British Standard BS8621 automatic deadbolt nightlatch with a SKG*** European Standard smart cylinder makes this a high-security lock.  When digitally activated, the external door knob mechanically engages with the lock case to open the door and mechancially deadbolts the door when it closes.
